Biographie

Prof. Dr Younes Ziat is a researcher member of the (Engineering and Applied Physics Team (EAPT), Sultan Moulay Slimane University, Beni Mellal, Morocco).

My research activists focus mainly on the sciences of matter condensed, i.e, DFT, Optoelecronic, Semiconductors, Condensed Matter, Photovoltaic, Spintronic, etc. See: https://www.scopus.com/authid/detail.uri?authorId=56074431200 .

Prof. Dr Younes Ziat devoted many works and investigations on metallurgy, thin films, electrical and magnetic properties of some alloys.
